My friend, Richard, co-owner of the Golden State Flying Club at Gillespie Field in El Cajon, owns an amphibian airplane, a SeaBee. My hubby and I had the opportunity to have a flight with him, landing at a large sea north of El Cajon.

A few years later, Richard ended up having to make an emergency off-field landing, damaging the plane. I'm not sure if could be repaired and able to fly again.
