Meeting People

On Sunday, Feb. 3, I met my friend Janet again. She went up to Balboa Park with me to see the dancing. I didn't take any pictures, unfortunately.

Of course during my stay in El Cajon I met many old, and new, friends.

On Thursday, Feb. 8, I managed to meet up with two former classmates of mine, Fernando and Jose. They are planning a 40th class reunion for next year... gosh, I hope I can attend. Here we are being silly!

Then, of course, meeting Mia in San Francisco, mentioned in the San Jose page. When returning to El Cajon I got to meet Kelvin again.

On Feb. 13 the dancers at the park had a Valentine's dance which I was able to attend. After the dancing, lots of goodies were served. The photos only show a small part of the group...

Not to forget my good buddy, Andy (84), who is still dancing stong. I have known here since I danced with this group in the late 60's! And then Ted, who I met a few years ago at the dancing and who always helps me pick up and bring back my rent-a-car.n Thanks guys for being great friends!!

Meeting Janet's Parents

Janet is a gal I met online, and it turns out that she grew up on the same street I did! since they still live there, I was able to visit them.
