The Flight Over and SAN impressions August 20 and 21

Both flights with Delta went uneventful. On the flight to Atlanta I sat next to a young gal from Dietzenbach. She later got pulled aside for an "extra" check from customs. That really made her nervous.
The flight from ATL to SAN was full. I sat next to a couple from South America who couldn't speak much English. They had a little dog with them in a bag that was kept under the seat in front of them. The dog behaved, but I couldn't resist feeling sorry for him.
As always, I couldn't avoid taking pictures along the way. Most of the time the ground was covered by clouds, including some goody storms.

On Thursday I took the San Diego trolley to downtown to pick up my car. I then walked over to the airport and watched the airplanes landing over my head! I just HAD to take pictures!
