Lanzarote is made of volcanic rock. It is very barren yet has it's own charm. We took a bus through the countryside up to a place for a ride on a camel! Then we went on to a "tourist trap" where the internal heat of the island was demonstrated.

We then continued the drive through rugged volcanic landscape. I loved it!
