Field Trip

Frankfurt

Together with about 700 collegues, the place I work went on a field trip to Frankfurt. There were different events that could be visited, thus splitting us up in groups. I decided to visit the Palmengarten since they had a special display about Egypt. It cost €7 extra, which I didn't know before hand, and it wasn't worth it! Then I spent the rest of the day just taking pictures. Here are my favorites.....

Frankfurt Impressions

As you can tell we had fantastic weather. I enjoy trying to capture the old and the new. Luckily Frankfurt is starting to preserve the old, going so far as to tear down the newer (after WWII) buildings and replace them with remakes of the old the once existed there.

does a Woolworth still exist in the USA? well, there's one still in Frankfurt!
